Diagnostic Assessment

Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP)
Our SAIOP program offers structured group-based treatment for individuals seeking recovery from substance use. Sessions incorporate CBT techniques, motivational interviewing relapse prevention, education, and group support, empowering clients to develop healthier habits and long-term recovery tools. Our SAIOP program utilizes the Living in Balance curriculum, an evidence-based model that helps individuals move from a life of addiction to a life of recovery. This program supports clients in addressing the emotional, physical, and social areas of life that impact their well-being, offering practical tools to manage triggers, strengthen coping skills, and build a stable foundation in recovery.
Individual Therapy

Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment (SACOT)
SACOT is a more intensive level of outpatient care that blends group therapy, individual sessions, and recovery-focused activities. CBT and motivational interviewing are used to help clients build structure and insight while maintaining community living. SACOT at Sunpath, LLC is grounded in the Living in Balance approach, guiding individuals through the process of moving from a life of addiction to a life of recovery. With a focus on intensive daily support, this program addresses the full spectrum of life domains to include mental, emotional, spiritual, and behavioral; helping clients stabilize and regain control through structured, comprehensive care.
Outpatient Substance Use Group
Ideal for individuals in recovery or transitioning from higher levels of care, this group provides support using CBT-informed strategies, motivational interviewing psychoeducation, and peer accountability. Our outpatient substance use groups follow the Living in Balance model, a proven curriculum that promotes lasting change by treating the whole person. Designed to support individuals in transitioning from addiction to recovery, these sessions focus on real-life challenges, relapse prevention, communication skills, and healthy lifestyle habits to sustain recovery in everyday life.
Anger Management Group
This structured group helps participants understand the root causes of anger and learn to manage strong emotions more effectively. Using CBT techniques and the “What’s Good About Anger?” evidence-based curriculum, clients develop practical tools for stress reduction, communication, and self-regulation.
Domestic Violence Intervention Group (Perpetrator)
